These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between Finckr, operated by Credit Access Technologies India Pvt Ltd, and you as a user of https://www.finckr.com.
By using our website, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Introduction

Finckr is a digital platform that helps users discover, compare, and apply for financial products including credit cards, loans, and related services in partnership with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions (“Partners”).

Important Note: Finckr is not a bank or lender. We act only as a facilitator between users and our Partner institutions.

2. Eligibility

To use Finckr and access financial product applications:

• You must be 18 years or older.
  
  
• You must be legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law.
  
  
• You must register with accurate and verifiable information.
  
  
• Brand bidding, impersonation, or submission of false information will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
  
  

3. Use of Platform

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
  
  
• Ensure all submitted data is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
  
  
• Avoid misuse of the Platform through fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
  
  

Any violation may result in legal action and account termination.

4. Partner Responsibility

• Final approval, rejection, or delays in processing of financial product applications are solely at the discretion of the Partner institution.
  
  
• Finckr is not liable for decisions made by any Partner or delays arising from their end.
  
  
• Users are expected to review and accept the Partner’s specific terms & conditions before availing any product.
  
  

5. Privacy and Communication

By using Finckr, you:

• Consent to receiving communications via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and calls—even if you are registered on DND lists—as permitted by TRAI.
  
  
• Acknowledge that your information may be shared with Partners, vendors, and service providers for service delivery, underwriting, or marketing.
  
  
• Agree to Finckr’s data practices as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
  
  

6. Disclaimers

• The Platform and its services are offered “as is” and “as available.”
  
  
• Finckr does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for your personal financial needs.
  
  
• Liability is limited to a maximum of ₹500 for any loss, delay, or damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Finckr platform—including text, code, graphics, videos, trademarks, and logos—is:

• Owned by or licensed to Credit Access Technologies India Pvt Ltd, and
  
  
• Protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  
  

Reproduction, duplication, or distribution of platform content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected
  
  
• You breach these Terms
  
  
• You engage in any illegal or prohibited activity
  
  

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
